About the Colonel Robert N. Abbott VCTC
The Colonel Abbott VCTC provides occupational skills, remedial, life skills and job readiness training to eligible veterans. The VCTC features a state-of-the-art computer lab and workshops, staffed by a professional team of instructors and volunteers. Located at the Charles P. Golisano campus of the VOC, the facility was developed in support of The Resource Center's funded programs and job development initiatives, helping veterans become marketable and competitive in today's workforce.
