The
Veterans Outreach Center receives funding from the United Way through
their Donor Choice Program. To support us through the United Way, you
must complete a Donor Designation Form, available through your employer's
United Way Coordinator. On the form, select Choice No. 4, specify the
amount you would like to contribute and include our identification number - 1119.
