Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Checklist - Military Version:
Traumatic events may impact on your day-to-day functioning. This tool consists of 17 questions that identify the level of trauma you may have experienced while in the military.
Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT):
This tool developed by the World Health Organization consists of 10 questions. The AUDIT is a simple way of identifying if you are at risk for developing alcohol problems.
Drug Abuse Screening Test (DAST):
This test consists of 20 questions that help you become aware of your use or abuse of drugs (prescribed, over-the-counter, or illicit).
