Veterans Outreach Center, Inc. is proud of its ability to offer free-of-charge, accredited Veteran Benefits Counseling for veteran families living within the five-county area comprised within the Rochester Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). We encourage all veterans and their family members to utilize these in-house services to access their earned benefits. One-on-one confidential counseling services are available to all eligible veterans and their families. Resources ranging from enrollment in the VA Health Care System, applying for disability compensation and establishing education benefits for you and your family are only a visit away. The New York State Division of Veterans’ Affairs has been offering veteran families high-quality veterans benefits counseling since World War II.
