In October 2010, VOC expanded services to the veteran community of families we serve by offering Creative Arts Therapy. Recognized as a valuable means of counseling, the program immediately impacted the lives of our clients and produced powerful images, thoughtful reflections, and dynamic growth for our veterans and families.

CALL FOR ARTISTS!
During April 2012, OUR HOUSE Gallery will be hosting a Regional Qualifying Exhibition event for the 2012 VA National Creative Arts Festival.
VOC is now accepting submissions of Art and Creative Writing to be a part of this first-time ever event through OUR HOUSE Gallery.
Veterans must be enrolled in a VOC service to enter and can only enter one local competition (ex. a veteran cannot enter VOC competition and VA Canandaigua competition).
If a veteran is enrolled in services at both agencies they should enter at the site where he/she receives their primary treatment.
The work submitted must have been created after April 2011.
